    Extremely rude and surly. The whole experience was unhelpful and does not encourage one to do business with Telstra. I would not go there again.

    absolutely incompetent cant provide nbn to out business in 6 month period.
    There wasn't anything they could have suffed up if they actually tried to.
    I am disgusted that this used to be an Australian company
    -10 out of 5 stars.
    Going to another carrier, I suggest you do the same!!
