  Was greeted at the door and then ushered to a table, and was served very quickly. The Button Mushroom oven bake was delicious.

  Went here for dinner tonight. Was seated quickly as we had booked a table prior to arrival.
  Was told there was a "short" wait for food when we ordered our dinner as there was alot of takeout orders.
  Waited an hour for our food to come out, husbands meal was cold and tasted wrong. Our cheese pizza ontree was tasteless and the chicken parmigiana was burnt and tasteless.
  Our company's meal was also completely forgotten about.
  Spent $100 here for food that we were not happy with. Not happy, left hungry and unsatisfied.

  Good food good vibes only downside is having to look at the menu then go to counter and order/pay tool almost 25 minutes to get back to the counter to order due to a line. Think it could be better managed in regards to this like another pay station or two or have a QR code system witch will allow to order and pay via your phone.
  And we didn’t group it was just myself and partner and daughter. It just takes for ever and I mean forever to order then pay. Read my review correctly before replying

  Went here at around 5:40, it was very quiet and we were seated straight away. However there was suddenly a busy rush of takeaway orders which they prioritised over people dining inside, they pumped out the takeaway orders. I only saw one plate get brought out to a diner and after almost an hour of waiting for a simple pasta dish and one pizza with our hungry one year old we just left. What was more disappointing was the female manager who yelled at the poor staff member to run after us to make us pay for our drinks, which we didn’t order. We only had two glasses of water from the self service jug. Ended up going to green mango in for food court instead, great food and we got it instantly. Would recommend going there instead of here :)

  Food is always constantly delicious here, love coming here with my family. The staff and owners handle themselves so well when it gets very busy, always very professional, they’re always just so lovely.

  Love this place, the food is always amazing! You can really taste the authentic method of making and cooking the pizzas.
  
  The service is always wonderful, and food arrives within a normal time frame after ordering. Great environment for any dinner occasion.

  Pizza was delicious. Wood fired with delicious floury base. Service was friendly. Definitely will be back

  Staff are wonderful. The food is great. Ideal place for families. May need to book ahead as very popular.

  Nice atmosphere, very friendly and fast service. Food was nice and prices reasonable. Would definitely recommend paparottis and will definitely be going back
